What’s included in the transfer price?

A one-way price will include a single journey from your arrival point to your destination. A return price (round trip; both ways trip) includes the departure transfer to the starting point as well. The price includes additional motorway toll if agreed upon booking confirmation and additional luggages. The price DOES NOT INCLUDE any additional stops, provisional shopping or any sightseeing points that can significantly prolongue the entire travel time.

How do I find my vehicle?

The driver will pick you up at the appointed place. If your starting point is the airport your driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals with a sign displaying your name.

Can I communicate with the driver?

All our drivers speak English.

What if my flight is delayed?

We always check the arrival times. The driver will wait for all flights and ferry journeys that are delayed and your transfer is provided without any additional charges. We will at all times be informed about your flight details and will collect you at the new time.

I have a lot of luggage, will there be an additional fee?

We do not charge extra luggage and the driver will help you put the luggage in the vehicle. Additional baggage must be announced in advance for choosing the appropriate vehicle.

Are transfer prices per person or per vehicle?

The transfer prices are always per vehicle and not per person, and the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers. Whether you need a minibus, a minivan/shuttle or a regular taxi cab for your transportation needs.

What if my transfer includes a child or children?

Children until 12 years are not allowed to travel without their parents. Children between 12-18 years must have an authorized statement from their parents. If your transfer requires a child seat, please notify us on time.

How can I pay for my transfer?

Payment can be made by bank transaction to our account or paypal account.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

No, smoking is not allowed during the transportation. At your request the driver will make a short break.

What kind of insurance do I have during transportation?

You and your luggage are insured in case of an accident during transportation.

What happens if I forget something in the vehicle?

Please contact our information center and we will find a solution how to deliver your lost item.

I lost my luggage at the airport, what should I do?

Your driver will wait and try to help you until the problem is solved. Waiting is not charged extra.

How many people can join a tour?

We keep our group sizes low so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience.

Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?

Tips are not included in the transfer/tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.
